• Visit the nearest Indie Jewellery branch.
• Ensure the product is in a new and unused state, with all protective materials, tags, and stickers attached (if applicable).
• Include the original box and delivery package, along with all accessories and documents.
• Products showing signs of wear, use, or alterations will not be accepted.

3. Exclusions:

Engraved or embossed products, special orders, personalized, and made-to-order creations cannot be returned.

4. Quality Control:

All returns will undergo strict quality control to ensure they meet our standards. If a returned product does not pass our quality control, the return will not be accepted. If approved, we will proceed with the exchange.

5. Exchange Process:

• Exchanges can be made for an equivalent or higher value item, with the initial price deducted. You will only pay the difference.
• One-to-one replacements are available until stocks last.
• Cash refunds will not be accepted.

6. Defective Products:
